Carv has announced the acquisition of Recrubo AI, a move that expands its “zero-admin” recruiting platform with conversational AI for candidate engagement. The deal fits Carv’s mission to offload admin and routine communications to AI so recruiters can focus on building human relationships. In 2024, Carv reports 1000% growth; adding Recrubo strengthens its suite with automated screening and outreach across channels like WhatsApp, SMS and voice—covering much of the candidate journey and integrating into existing recruiter workflows.
Enterprise users such as ManpowerGroup, DHL, G4S and Carrefour already rely on Carv; this acquisition aims to deepen automation while keeping recruiters “in the loop” for high-value interactions.
